Donna established Reliance Recoveries in 2004 and, not content with traditional methods, set about carving out a significant niche in the collections industry with her fresh and innovative approach to debt recovery. Over the decades she has developed her own unique and very effective debt collection methods by focussing less on legal action and more on more efficient debt collection methods.
